1. DEFINITIONS
1.1 “Ar Cars”, “We”, “Us”: Refers to Ar Cars, a private hire vehicle operator registered in England.
1.2 “Customer”, “You”: Any individual or entity using our services.
1.3 “Service”: Pre-booked or on-demand private hire vehicle transportation.
1.4 “Fare”: The total charge for a journey, including base rate, distance, time, tolls, and surcharges.
2. GENERAL TERMS
2.1 Eligibility
You must be 18+ years to book.
Provide accurate pickup/drop-off details; incorrect bookings may be cancelled.
2.2 Service Area
Operates primarily in [specify counties, e.g., Suffolk, Norfolk].
Out-of-area trips require prior approval and may incur extra fees.
3. BOOKING & PAYMENT

3.2 Fare Calculation
Estimates are based on:
Distance (Google Maps)
Time (including traffic)
Vehicle type (standard, executive, etc.)
Final Fare Adjustments:
Route changes requested by You.
Waiting time >5 minutes at pickup (£2/minute fee).
Tolls/congestion charges (e.g., London ULEZ).
We will always notify You of the final fare before journey commencement.
3.3 Payment
Accepted methods: Credit/debit card (via Stripe), cash (if pre-arranged).
Corporate accounts require signed agreement.
4. CANCELLATIONS
4.1 By Customer
Free cancellation: ≥6 hours before pickup.
Late cancellation (<6 hours): 50% of fare charged.
No-show: 100% of fare charged (pre-paid bookings).
4.2 By Ar Cars
Full refund provided if We cancel (e.g., vehicle breakdown).
5. REFUNDS
5.1 Eligibility
Service failures: Driver no-show, >30-minute delay.
Billing errors: Verified overcharges.
5.2 Process
Email arcarsfram@gmail.com within 48 hours with:
Booking ID.
Proof (e.g., timestamps, screenshots).
Refunds processed within 5 business days.
5.3 Non-Refundable
Change of mind post-pickup.
Delays caused by You.
6. LIABILITIES
6.1 Our Responsibilities
Provide licensed drivers with valid PHV badges.
Maintain vehicles to UK road safety standards.
6.2 Your Responsibilities
No smoking/damaging vehicles (£50–£100 cleaning fee).
Child seats must be requested at booking.
6.3 Limitations
Not liable for:
Traffic/weather delays.
Lost property after 24 hours.
7. PRIVACY (GDPR)
7.1 Data Collected
Name, contact, payment details, journey history.
7.2 Usage
Solely for booking fulfillment and legal compliance.
7.3 Retention
Stored securely for 7 years (HMRC requirement).
8. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
8.1 Negotiation

8.2 Legal Action
Governed by English law; claims filed in UK courts.
9. MISCELLANEOUS
